ลักษณะอาการของโรค (Disease symptoms and developments)

ลักษณะอาการหลัก: อาการแผลเนื้อเยื่อตายบนใบ แผลจุด หรือปื้นสีน้ำตาล จุดสีเหลือง วงแหวนสีน้ำตาล วงแหวนสีเหลือง ยอดไหม้ ยอดบิดพับ ใบไหม้ กิ่งก้านมีรอยแผลสีน้ำตาลจากยอดลงมาที่ก้านใบ แผลสะเก็ดสีน้ำตาลบนลำต้น เมื่อพลิกดูด้านใต้ใบไม่ค่อยพบอาการผิดปกติใดๆ ยกเว้นเมื่อพืชเป็นโรครุนแรงอาจมองเห็นรอยแผลวงแหวนหรือแผลเนื้อเยื่อตายด้านใต้ใบด้วย บนผลพริกและมะเขือเทศพบอาการแผลวงแหวนสีเขียวเมื่อผลยังอ่อน และเปลี่ยนเป็ยสีเหลืองซีดเมื่อผลสุกเป็นสีแดง ในมะเขือเทศที่สุกแดง พบอาการแผลเนื้อเยื่อตายบนผล ลักษณะแผลมีทั้งที่เป็นจุด สะเก็ด หรือรูปร่างไม่แน่นอน ผลพริกจากต้นที่เป็นโรคพบอาการผลด่าง มีรอยขีดสีน้ำตาล ส่วนแหลมของปลายผลมักพับงอเกือบเป็นมุมฉาก ผลมีขนาดเล็กลงกว่าปกติ ใบไหม้ ด่างเขียวซีดปบจุดเหลือง ยอดและเถาไหม้ บนผลแตงโมพบสะเก็ดแผลประปราย อาการใบสีม่วงบนมะเขือเทศ ใบมีแผลไหม้มีขอบสีเหลืองล้อมรอบ
